Return and Refund Policy for EZOutdoors (UAE):
At EZOutdoors, we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every
purchase. If you find yourself unsatisfied with your order for any reason, rest
assured that our return and refund process is designed to make things easy for
you.
1. Returns:
- Unused and unopened items can be returned within 14 days of receiving
your order.
- To start the return process, simply request a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number through our user-friendly return/refund interface.
- Make sure the item is in its original packaging and condition.
- Once your return is approved and you have the RMA number, ship the item
back to us at your expense.
2. Refunds:
- Upon receiving and verifying the condition of the returned item, we'll
initiate your refund.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used.
- Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to reflect in your
account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times.
3. Exclusions:
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer may not be eligible
for return.
4. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, promptly reach out to us with
photos/video of the product and packaging.
- We'll swiftly arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.
5. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of our
error or defective items.
- For peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and
considering shipping insurance.

within the UAE. For international orders, please refer to our international return
