Shipping Policy — EZ Outdoors

At EZ Outdoors, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across Kuwait and the GCC.


 

1. Delivery Areas

 


We currently deliver to all areas within Kuwait, and selected GCC countries through our logistics partners.

For international shipping, please contact support@ezoutdoors.com before placing your order.


 

2. Delivery Time

 

 

  • Kuwait: Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 working days from the date of confirmation.

  • GCC Countries: Deliveries take approximately 5–10 working days, depending on customs and courier schedules.

  • Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

 


We will always notify you via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.


 

3. Shipping Fees

 

 

  • Kuwait: Standard delivery fee of KD 2.500, unless stated otherwise during checkout.

  • GCC: Shipping rates vary depending on destination and weight, automatically calculated at checkout.

  • Orders above KD 50 within Kuwait qualify for free delivery.

 


 

4. Order Tracking

 


Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number and courier details by email or SMS so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.


 

5. Delivery Attempts

 


Our courier will contact you to schedule delivery. If delivery fails after two attempts, your order may be returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery fees may apply.


 

6. In-Store Pickup

 


Customers may choose to pick up their orders directly from our EZ Outdoors showroom in Al Rai, opposite Ace Hardware during working hours (Sat–Thu, 10 AM – 8 PM).


 

7. Damaged or Missing Items

 


Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at returns@ezoutdoors.com if an item is missing, damaged, or defective.

We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.


 

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for GCC orders)

 


EZ Outdoors is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your shipment. All charges imposed after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
